Create Portable ID
If you cannot see any of your profile and/or trophy data after you’ve signed in with PS3 iTrophies you probably haven’t created a Gamer Card (aka a Portable Id).
A Quick Test:
To quickly check if your gamer card has been setup go to: http://mypsn.eu.playstation.com/psn/profile/YOUR_GAMER_ID.png but replace YOUR_GAMER_ID with your actual Playstation Gamer Id. An example would be: http://mypsn.eu.playstation.com/psn/profile/Br0ken84.png
Step-By-Step Instructions on Setting Up a Gamer Card:Setting up a gamer card (aka Portable Id) for the first time. (Click images for a larger view).
1. Go to: https://secure.eu.playstation.com/sign-in/
Note: The URL does specify “EU” this is correct. Whether your Psn Account is in the EU or in a non-EU region you still need to create a EU Portable Id – this is because only the EU Portable Id’s track your trophy data.
And you will see the following Login box:
Enter your Playstation Network Sign In Email Id and your Playstation Network Password and press “Sign In”.
2. After logging in you should see the next screen:
You now have 2 options;
Option 1: If you previously held an eu.playstaion.com account then fill out the Email Address and Password and select Sign In to transfer your old account information.
Option 2 (Recommended): This will be the case for 99% of you. In the “No, I will fill out the information myself” section press the “Submit” button.
3. You should now see this screen:
4. Click the “My Portable Id” tab to setup your gamer card. You will see this screen:
5. Fill out the details as you want be sure to check the “Display Trophy Information” tick box.
Continue to select your favourite format, game, current mood and Theme and scroll down.
6. When you’ve filled in the details click the “Update” button.
7. You’ll now see you’re Gamer Card (aka Portable Id) has been created.
And notice the message in orange “Your details have been updated”.
8. That’s it. You should now be able to see you profile and trophy data in PS3 iTrophies.

Yes, iTrophies will work with PSN accounts from any region. Just be sure to follow the steps above exactly for problem free operation.

When you say “nothing happens” what are you referring to mate? If you can describe exactly what you’re doing then I can help.

I’ve heard a lot of hype about this app, so I decided to check it out. Damn glad I did, the layout, design and style of the app is excellent, and for any ps3 user this is a must have

This app is pretty cool and I really luv it. But I think it would be nice if it would also show the way to the secret trophies and a German translation would be nice to. Anyways it’s a must-buy for any PS3 owner, no matter where u come from.
